Account – Registration & Login

Visit the Register page, enter your Pakistan mobile number, set a password, fill in your name and date of birth, then verify your number with the SMS code we send. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once your account is active you can deposit immediately via Easypaisa or JazzCash and start betting.

You must be 18 years old or above to register and use 10wain. You confirm this during registration and your age is verified against your CNIC when you process your first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a user under 18 is closed immediately and all funds are voided.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number. We'll send a one-time reset code via SMS. Enter the code on the reset screen, choose a new password, and log in normally. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact our support team via live chat.

No. Each person may hold only one 10wain account. Duplicate accounts result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held. If you have accidentally created a second account, contact support immediately to resolve it before any activity takes place on the second account.

CNIC verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. You don't need to upload any documents to create your account or make deposits. When you request a withdrawal, you'll be prompted to complete KYC by uploading a clear photo or scan of the front and back of your CNIC. This is a standard requirement for all licensed gaming platforms and protects you as much as it protects 10wain.

Deposits – Funding Your Account

Log in to your 10wain account, navigate to the Deposit section in your dashboard, and choose your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the amount in PKR and follow the confirmation steps on your selected wallet or bank. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically credited instantly. Minimum deposit is Rs 500.

The minimum deposit at 10wain is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 10wain, though your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.) may have their own transaction caps. For large deposits via IBFT, check your bank's daily transfer limits.

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds of confirmation. IBFT bank transfers can take up to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Visa/Mastercard deposits usually appear within 5 to 15 minutes. If a deposit has not appeared after the expected time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

10wain does not charge any deposit fees on our end. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — Easypaisa and JazzCash mobile wallet transfers between wallets typically carry no fee, but check your provider's current fee schedule for your specific transaction type.

No. Only deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name are accepted. Third-party deposits are returned to the source account. This is a regulatory requirement and also protects all parties involved. If you don't have a personal Easypaisa or JazzCash account, you can also deposit via IBFT from your own bank account or via your own Visa/Mastercard.

Withdrawals – Getting Your Winnings

After your KYC verification is complete, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals usually arrive within a few hours of processing. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one additional business day after processing. Withdrawals are not processed on public holidays in Pakistan — please factor this in if you submit a request near a national holiday.

The minimum withdrawal at 10wain is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name, and must match the primary payment method you used for deposits where possible.

Common reasons include: KYC verification not yet completed, outstanding bonus wagering requirements not met, withdrawal account name not matching your CNIC, or a deposit method mismatch. Log in and check your account notifications for the specific reason. If the reason is unclear, contact our support team via live chat and they'll explain what's needed to release the withdrawal.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific requirements for each bonus — including the rollover multiplier and time limit — are listed on the Promotions page. Once the wagering requirement is met, any remaining bonus funds convert to real-money balance that can be withdrawn normally.

Betting & PSL Cricket

10wain covers every PSL fixture — all group stage matches, eliminator, qualifiers, and the final — with a wide range of markets. Available markets include: match winner, top batter, top bowler, total sixes, total fours, method of first wicket, first over runs, first powerplay runs, player props, and in-play live betting markets that update over-by-over. Yes. 10wain offers live in-play betting on PSL matches. Odds update in real time as the match progresses. You can bet on markets like next wicket, next over runs, and match winner from any ball in the match right up to the final over. In-play markets may be temporarily suspended during significant events (e.g. wickets falling) while odds are recalculated.

10wain displays odds in decimal format by default. For example, odds of 2.50 on a Rs 1,000 bet would return Rs 2,500 total (Rs 1,500 profit + Rs 1,000 stake) if successful. Higher odds mean a less likely outcome but a bigger potential return. You can switch between decimal and fractional formats in your account settings. If a match is officially abandoned before a result can be determined (no DLS result), all bets on that match are voided and stakes are returned to your account balance in full. If a DLS result is declared by the umpires and the PCB, the match is considered complete and bets stand. Specific market rules are detailed in our Terms and Conditions.

Yes. While PSL cricket is the biggest focus during the Pakistan Super League season, 10wain also covers international cricket (Test matches, ODIs, T20Is), football (international tournaments and major leagues), kabaddi, and other sports markets. Casino & Games

Teen Patti at 10wain works the same way as the traditional desi card game — three cards are dealt to each player and the goal is to have the best hand or to bluff your way to victory. In crash games, a multiplier starts at 1x and climbs rapidly. You place a bet before or at the start of a round, then cash out at any point before the multiplier crashes. If you cash out in time, your stake is multiplied by the value shown at cash-out. If the multiplier crashes before you cash out, your stake is lost. You can set an auto-cashout level. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus terms including rollover requirements and validity periods are clearly stated. We update promotions regularly, especially around PSL season, so check back for the latest offers.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) tells you how many times you need to bet the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Progress is tracked in your bonus dashboard. Not all games contribute equally — sports bets typically contribute 100%, while casino games may vary.

During registration, there is an optional field for a referral or promo code. Enter the code there before completing your registration. Promo codes entered after registration cannot be applied retroactively. If you have a code but have already registered without entering it, contact support — they may be able to apply it depending on the specific promotion's terms.

Responsible Gaming

Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and select the Responsible Gaming section. From there you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately. Self-exclusion is available for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. It is immediate and binding — it cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Your real-money balance is returned to your registered payment method when you self-exclude. Bonus funds at the time of exclusion are forfeited.
