10wain may require additional verification at any point — particularly before processing a first withdrawal or where the platform identifies unusual account activity. All deposits to your 10wain account must be made using one of the approved payment methods listed on the deposit page. Abandoned and postponed events: If a cricket match or sporting event is abandoned before a result is reached, all match-level bets (match winner, total runs, etc.) are voided and stakes returned. Markets that were fully resolved before the abandonment (e.g., toss winner, first innings runs where the first innings was completed) stand as settled. PSL matches decided by DLS method count as settled results.
Manifest error: If 10wain posts incorrect odds due to a technical error or human mistake — for example, a clear pricing error that is obviously incorrect relative to the true market — we reserve the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. This will only be applied in genuine cases of clear error, not simply because the odds turned out to be unfavourable to the platform.
All casino games (roulette, Teen Patti, Poker, live dealer) and crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Plinko, Mines, Dice Crash) available on 10wain are provided by licensed game suppliers and are subject to the applicable house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentages disclosed within each game. These RTP values are independently audited and certified.
Crash games on 10wain use Provably Fair cryptographic technology. The outcome of each round is mathematically determined before bets open and is verifiable by any player after the round concludes using the published seed values. 10wain does not and cannot alter crash results after bets are accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 10wain and will result in immediate account closure, voiding of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
